Witold Czerwinski, MD

Jeri Spurlock Czerwinski, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Dr. Czerwinski attended medical school at the Silesian Academy of Medicine in Katowice, Poland. He completed a residency in psychiatry at Louisiana State University in 2000. He is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Jeri Spurlock Czerwinski, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Jeri has 30 years of nursing experience and 24 years of experience in adult and geriatric mental health care. She has been practicing as a psychiatric nurse practitioner since 2011 when she completed her master's degree in science in nursing. She completed her doctor of nursing practice degree in 2018. Jeri strives to integrate therapy and medication management in order to provide holistic care to the individual.
Paul Kibby, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Paul has over 30 years of nursing experience and has been a part of the Czerwinski clinic team for since 2023. He brings with him experiences in psychiatry, oncology, orthopedics, and cardiology nursing. Paul is a strong advocate for stopping the stigma related to mental health care.
Deanna Nast, MSN, APRN, ACNP-BC, PMHNP-BC
Deanna has over 21 years of nursing experience, working primarily in ICU, med-surg, and psychiatry. She completed her Masters degree in science as an acute care nurse practitioner in 2010 and her post master's certification in psychiatric mental health in 2024. Deanna hopes to bring awareness that mental health and physical health are equally vital to providing comprehensive patient care.

Our Philosophy
We offer telemedicine visits for your convenience. You can connect with our healthcare providers from the comfort of your own home or office. Initial visit required to be in person and most insurance plans requires once per year in person visits.
